Please be aware that, although The MediCaptain collects your email address if you have indicated interest in one of our clients’ landing pages and will provide it to the owner of that landing page so that they may communicate with you about their launch, The MediCaptain does not transmit their marketing e-mails and we are not responsible for that person’s use of your email address. Our only communication with you in this situation will be to inform you of your privacy rights and to notify you of other clients’ products time to time, which you may immediately choose to opt-out.

Children’s Privacy

Our Sites is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly provide the Sites or the Services to, and will not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 or anyone else under the age of consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
